EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Any article complaint can be registered within 24 hours of purchase from our online store.

2. Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange or return.

3. Articles are qualified for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present.

4. Refunds are not allowed but gift card can be issued on different scenarios such as: Wrong size, Stains & Damage etc.

FOR International Orders:

1. International Orders will not be exchanged

2. The company will bear the shipping charges for exchanged only if:

i. The item was damaged (Investigation required)

ii. Wrong item was delivered

ORDER CANCELLATION

Your order can be canceled at any time before the order has been processed. If the order has already been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking information.


We have the authority to cancel the following orders

1. Item is out of stock

2. Price Issue

3. Credit Card payment not accepted by issuing financial institution
