Please find our Shipping and Return policy below. However, we just want to re-assure you that we are very customer friendly and deeply value our customer relationships and their happiness. We always strive to be accommodating of your requests to the best of our ability, something which our loyal and happy customer base is proof of!

  • In all cases of Returns & Exchange, you have to drop us an email at
  • The order number and the issue you are facing with the item delivered, within 24 hours of receiving the product. Pls note the following points:
    • The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • Retain the original packaging by keeping the tags, labels if any, intact.

We will try our best to pick up the product to be returned from your registered shipping address within Pakistan. In case we aren’t able to arrange for the reverse pick up owing to non availability of the service in your area, we would request you to self ship the product to the shipping address shared with you via a courier partner of your choice. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package, for us to be able to take over the process. We will reimburse the shipping cost incurred by you in the form of store credits (Maximum up to Rs.200). In case of a reverse pick up, we would request you to kindly cooperate with the courier agent who will be instructed to collect the package from you.

  • Please note that the courier parties are third party in nature and may call only a limited number of times for Reverse Pick Up. Kindly hand over the package at one go to ensure non cancellation or delay of rreverse Pick Up.
  • It takes 7-10 working days for the product to reach us back at the warehouse. So, your patience is requested for the same.
  • The product received will be inspected for quality and if approved by the Quality Checking team, we will provide you with store credits worth the product value that can be used for a future purchase from the website or Exchange your product to the size desired by you.
  • Please note that the Gift Card/Exchange shall be issued only once we receive the package back at our warehouse. So, your patience on the same is highly appreciated. 
  • Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of product delivery. Eligibility of returns is clearly mentioned on the product page before you proceed to place your order.
  • AFROZEH does not offer a refund while we process it through store credit.
  • You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
  • Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.(Please read below section for complete information on Valid Returns).Store Credit shall be valid for 6 Months.
  • Please read item descriptions carefully, the sizes of products, the handling and care section, the wash/cleaning instructions before carrying out our purchase. Please also know screens and monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate
  • Our Return & Exchange team shall call up the customer as soon as we receive the parcel and shall facilitate the exchange or Gift Card, as applicable.
  • Please note that a product can be exchanged only once.
  • Please also note that hand washing a product that is supposed to be dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be responsible for refund/exchange.

Office hours are 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST (Pakistan Standard Time) Monday to Saturday. We are closed on weekends, bank holidays, and any other public holidays as declared by the Government of Pakistan.

  • The returns are subject to AFROZEH team’s discretion. This isn’t to scare you, as we are pretty accommodating!

  • For any order delivered worldwide, shipping charges are not refundable.


  • AFROZEH does not accept returns or exchange on products which are Customized, Made to Order, or Made to Measure.
  • Product can be returned if it is a faulty or defective product
  • Product can be returned if it is a different product
  • If the product does not fit well (size issues)
  • We shall not take Items that have been worn, washed, or soiled
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned
  • A Complete Quality check will be done by us upon receiving the product before approving any exchange request.
  • Please note products can be exchanged or gift cards are given only.

Conditions for returning products

  • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received along with any bills, tags, labels etc;
  • Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
  • Brand packaging should be intact;
  • Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
  • Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hoursof receiving your order.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of RR Fashions.

This must be done within 1 day of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 1 day of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.


Afrozeh does not entertain any cancellations once the purchase has been made. Please review your cart in detail before placing the order.


Shipping Policy

  • We work with some of the best-known logistics companies to deliver your products to you in a seamless and hassle-free manner.
  • Shipping is free across Pakistan for all Pre-Paid / COD Orders
  • Our delivery timelines are normally between 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that at times delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather trouble, etc. But we assure you that we will do our best in ensuring that your shipment reaches you at the earliest.
