For Domestic Orders:

Conditions for Exchange: We accept exchanges for unused items in their original packaging. Please provide a valid reason for the exchange, such as receiving a defective, incorrect, or wrong-sized item.

Online Exchange Process: Once we verify your request, the online exchange process typically takes 7-12 working days to complete. Our representative will collect all the necessary details, and if your request meets our exchange conditions, we'll schedule a pick-up from your doorstep. Good news for customers requesting online exchanges with valid reasons: you won't have to pay courier charges for the exchange pickup. Please note that alterations to stitching size can only be made within 2 days after placing an order.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange: Please be aware that items purchased at a discount or during a sale are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, stitched items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For International Orders:

At this time, we do not offer exchange or return services for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer care department for assistance.
Important Note: Before opening your order, it's a good practice to take pictures of the package and invoice. Keeping these images can be helpful in quickly resolving any issues, especially if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

Refund Policy: We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, we issue a coupon of the same value, valid for use in our Online Store only. Take the time to review your coupon for further details.
